Last week on IP Think Tank, we discussed: our new article on China IP Strategy, US provisional patents, and our new scorecard tracking European patent law harmonisation through the DSS v European Central Bank Dispute.

As always, the week ended with IP Think Tank's Global Week in Review - a look at the major intellectual property stories breaking on the internet and blogosphere for the week.

Please do come and join the ongoing conversation, either here at Gathering2.com or at IPThinkTank.

New Article - preventing and acting upon IP infringements in China is an article written by our China IP law expert, Danny Friedmann and well worth a read.

In US provisional patents & patent strategy - why wouldn't you we looked at the seemingly low uptake of US provisional patent applications and why this may be so, despite the advantages.

Our new scorecard, DSS v European Central Bank tracks this pan-European dispute between Document Security Systems and the European Central Bank.  Given the scale of the dispute, it serves as a nice tool to analyse harmonisation of patent law across Europe.
