Recently on IP Think Tank, we've discussed: IP Orphans, IP portfolio costs, who owns your IP, and patent exhaustion.

As always, last week ended with IP Think Tank's Global Week in Review - a look at the major intellectual property stories breaking on the internet and blogosphere for the week.

Please do come and join the ongoing conversation, either here at Gathering2.com or at IPThinkTank.

In What to do with Orphan IP? we looked at the concept of bundling orphan IP for sale and how and when it works.  In another post we also looked at orphan works in the copyright context.

In IP portfolio costs - when less is more we looked at the interaction between patent quality and portfolio size in generating costs.

In Who owns your IP - who should? we looked at the impact of transfer pricing on IP ownership.

In Exhausted patent rights, the US Supreme Court, Quanta v LG we took a brief look at this extremely important case which has recently been argued and for which a judgment is due later this year.
